Temporary employment is the way to go in this economy. It allows you as a business owner to evaluate an employee without actually hiring them and having to go thru the hiring and firing process. Temporary agencies have been around for a long time. Our staff keeps listings of workers of all types and skills. Need a dozen people to show up in the morning? We have listings of employees who can appear with short notice. One of our workers is just not working out for you? Call us and a replacement worker will be sent the next time. We strive to provide the best available employees for every job but we know that is not always possible. Do you know someone who needs a part-time job? Send them to us and we can provide them with opportunities that might just be what they needed. Retired and just wanting to work occasionally?
